10/10 Positive: Beautiful apartment, very well designed and in a great location. The owner was incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. We felt very much appreciated as guests and would definitely stay here again when back in Marbella. Highly recommended! Negative: N/A

I strongly do not recommend this property: my €1,500 deposit has still not been returned 2.5 months Positive: nothing Negative: I strongly do not recommend this property. A €1,500 security deposit was taken from my card, and 2.5 months after check-out it has still not been returned. The property previously confirmed in writing that the deposit would be refunded in full and that no additional charges would be taken. Despite this, the money has not been returned. The host stopped responding properly and did not provide any valid proof, invoice, or official explanation for keeping my deposit. During the stay, I also experienced rude and unprofessional communication from the property representative. I contacted Booking.com many times. Booking.com support also confirmed that the refund would be processed and even sent me a message saying that the funds would become available in my Booking wallet. However, the money never arrived. After that, Booking.com kept delaying the process, asking for additional documents, changing their position, and failing to provide a clear solution. As of today, I am still missing €1,500. The property is not responding, and Booking.com has not effectively protected me as a guest. In my experience, this situation looks like an unacceptable and misleading handling of a guest’s money. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property unless they are prepared to risk losing their deposit and spending months trying to get it back. I have screenshots, emails, and written confirmations supporting everything stated above.

Positive: + nowocześnie I stylowo urządzony apartment + lokalizacja z widokiem na port + przestronne wnętrza Negative: - brak regulacji ciepła i szybkości przepływu wody w łazienkach w umywalkach - brak regulacji szybkości przepływu wody pod prysznicem- woda nie była zbyt ciepła - hałas z agregatów całą noc ( za oknem znajdują sie restauracje z kebabami) - zniszczone patelnie w kuchni , na wymianę czekaliśmy kilka dni - regulamin który mówił ze ze zniszczone lub ubrudzone ręczniki trzeba zapłacić 400 euro!!! - winda niedziałającą kilka dni - brak parkingu bezpośrednio przy apartamencie co zmusiło nas do noszenia walizek z płatnego parkingu miejskiego
