Very easy access, close to everything you may want in your vacation home. Beach, supermarkets near by, restaurants, bars Positive: Very well located.

In my honest opinion, horrible experience and having stayed in Marbella well over 10 times certainly would not recommend Positive: Do not book this property. I booked this for my elderly parents as i stayed in another apartment around the corner and the difference in service was unbelievable. They chased me to leave a review straight away but then have been billed £975 for a broken fridge clip. They initially sent a bill for £400 but because I disrupted it they have doubled it. They now have said i have to wait 2.5 months to receive my deposit back as the company apparently close for the summer which clearly shows that they are lying. Very disrespectful to deal with, my parents are heartbroken. Negative: Mould on the ceiling which indicates that this I would say doesnt live upto the pictures and price we paid of over 2k for 7 days, there isn’t even a TV ariel in the property. Was never shown around so this could of been prevented. Very loud as right above a bar, my parents witnessed 2 fights directly below apartment, and vomit was on the main entrance, however was cleaned up after they returned from breakfast. Apartment backs onto Linekars bar so was very rowdy.

Lovely place in Marbella Positive: Amazing location! The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We chose this option instead of a hotel because I was traveling with a friend and we wanted to share a space while still having our privacy — and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and is fully equipped with everything you might need. You can enjoy breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and party in Puerto Banús — everything is just around the corner. The supermarket and a taxi stop are also nearby. It’s right in the heart of the action. We loved the place — the terrace with its stunning sea view is truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Negative: €2000 deposit is required. We had no issues — it was fully refunded on the same day we checked out. It wasn’t a problem for us, and considering the value of the apartment, it’s totally understandable. Just keep it in mind when planning your stay, especially if you don’t have high-limit credit cards.

A good experience. Positive: The view over the port is excellent and the apt modern and really very nice. Negative: The front access is difficult as if you need a car, you must buy the daily port entry pass which is quite a costly extra. Also the rear bedroom overlooks a very noisy bar until about 4am.
