218 Puerto Banus Marbella Front Line with air conditioning throughout

Never stay here again!!! Positive: Location was brilliant, amazing views. Large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Negative: Old battered furniture, some tiles in the bathrooms were broken, back bedroom was smelling of sewage, one of the showers was not working properly. When I tried to message the host of these problems they threatened me back by saying that they would withhold my damage deposit if I complained anymore about the apartment. They then lied to me that the apartment above us were complaining to them that we was making too much noise at 2am when we went to bed at 11.30pm, they said if they have to relocate other tenants then they would take that out of our damage deposit. Absolutely disgusting attitude from this host. Another day there were hundreds of ants crawling in from under one of the broken patio doors because there was a huge gap, I had to go out to buy my own ant killer spray. Outside balcony furniture is very old and half broken. Spot lights in one of the bathrooms weren't working either.

Positive: The location is amazing, with a beatiful view to Puerto Banus , near nice bars and good locations. Negative: The 1000euro deposit, but is understadable.

Positive: Super lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu, przestronne mieszkanie i wspaniała okolica. Negative: Obiekt w środku wymaga remontu, wymiany zniszczonych mebli i armatury. W narożnym pokoju panował większość czasu nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji co było bardzo uciążliwe. Zdjęcia umieszczone na portalu to zdjęcia pewnie ze startu lokalu, obecnie lokal w środku wygląda inaczej.

汚いすぎ！ Negative: 汚いです。ヘアの中にゴキブリが出ました。また特にベランダは鳥の糞だらけで全く使えません。清掃費が300ユーロも取られて、何故こんなに汚いのが理解できません！清掃費返してほしい！ またそのほかにデポジット1000ユーロも取れるし、一泊の三倍の料金も理解に苦しむ。
